National Olympics Memorial Youth Center

Japan's largest urban youth education facility, opened in 1965 following the Tokyo Olympics. Located in Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku, it offers dormitory accommodation, sports facilities, and a restaurant. The center hosts youth groups, sports organizations, and international exchange programs.

Set in Hamadera Park in southern Osaka, about 15 minutes by train from the city center and roughly 30 minutes from Kansai International Airport. The hostel offers dormitory and private rooms, a restaurant, gymnasium, and shared facilities in a green, relaxed setting.

Who’s Behind This Trip

The Redmond Dudes Japan Tour 2026 is brought to you by the team, the program owner, the travel partner, and your on-the-ground coordinator.

The NBP Dudes Baseball Program is an elite travel team known for its dedication, discipline, and love for the game. Comprised of talented, hard-working players, the NBP Dudes compete at the highest levels, showcasing their skills and teamwork on the field. With a strong emphasis on development and sportsmanship, the program instills the values of hard work, perseverance, and camaraderie in its members.

In addition to competition, the NBP Dudes are deeply committed to the global growth of baseball and the cultural connections the sport creates. Our program has a strong interest in recruiting and supporting talented players from outside the United States, helping them experience American culture, gain exposure to U.S. universities, and potentially earn opportunities to play baseball at the collegiate level.

This trip to Japan is an exciting opportunity for our team to experience international competition and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. By traveling abroad, our players gain firsthand insight into how baseball is played in other countries, how local athletes train, and what the game means within different communities.

From games against local teams to exploring the vibrant cities of Tokyo and Osaka, our players will have the chance to develop their baseball talents while enjoying the rich history and unique culture of Japan.

We Retreat

We Retreat designs and manages team travel experiences that combine sports, culture, and logistics, so players and families can focus on the experience. We handle hotels, transportation, scheduling, local coordination, and bilingual support from start to finish.

We’re IATA-certified and have supported companies with flights and hotels as well as team-building program design for remote teams and HR leaders. We also organize creator retreats (fitness, yoga, and more), conference tours, and sports event trips.

Yumezo Densaki
Bilingual Coordinator

Yumezo Densaki

Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, Yumezo came to the United States to play baseball and pursue his education. He played junior college baseball in California and Oregon before continuing his career at an NCAA Division II program in Arkansas, where he served as a starting pitcher.

Since then, Yumezo has been dedicated to creating pathways for Japanese players—high school, college, and professional—to compete and develop in the U.S. He has also worked at the professional level as a Japanese interpreter, including with the Seattle Mariners during the 2020 season in support of right-handed pitcher from Japan, Yoshihisa Hirano. Yumezo currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, and provides bilingual (English/Japanese) on-the-ground support for teams traveling between Japan and the U.S.
